Janine Amity

Founder/Principle

Janine Amity is a highly experienced workplace investigator with over 15 years of expertise working both domestically and internationally in the following areas: banking, mining, manufacturing, healthcare, insurance, waste management, hospitality, and professional services. Most recently, she dedicated 8 years at PwC, where she led investigations related to Human Resource practices, sexual harassment, retaliation, discrimination, wrongful termination, and pay equity across the U.S. and 150 global territories. During her tenure, Janine assisted in establishing an investigations center of excellence, collaborating with employment attorneys worldwide to create standardized procedures, training, and communications for all investigative matters. She also partnered with senior leadership and Human Resource professionals to assess and implement cultural standards, ensuring alignment with the Code of Conduct. Janine is also trained in the forensic experiential trauma and neurodivergent interview techniques.

 

Beyond workplace investigations, Janine has a strong background conducting culture assessments, internal audits, policy and code of conduct writing, and fraud and forensic investigations on a domestic and global scale. She has led inquiries into foreign corruption, money laundering, conflicts of interest, expense and time reporting fraud, data loss, and more, showcasing her versatility and depth in both internal audit and investigative leadership.

 

In Janine’s downtime, she advocates for animal welfare as the founder and president of her non-profit, Pibbles and FamBam rescue. When she is not saving the lives of dogs, she performs as a professional modern dancer in a local Arizona dance company.
